NO REFUNDS

This is for all services and products. I am a single person business. With some help from my partner. At this time refunds are not accepted. If you are unhappy with any product or service please reach out to us via inbox or email. I always make things right! Your support means the world to us!
RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is open on BOTH parties. Meaning if I need to reschedule your service (tarot, spell, or cleanse) due to a family emergency, illness, etc, I can. I never want to half energy any of your services. I want to always be at 100% for you all. However, I am human and sometimes need to make sure I am good too. If you as the client need to reschedule for any of these reasons and or etc, I am happy to reschedule you. You can schedule appointments via our booking site. However, if rescheduling is becoming a habit and its been more than twice and communication is never clear. Your service is subject to be cancelled with no refund. You will receive an email if that ever becomes an issue.
SPELLS

Spells will be sent out TWO weeks after payment is taken and order is placed. This gives me time to get the spell done and write out summaries. If I am able to get it sent prior to two weeks, I will!
READING, SPELLS, AND CLEANSE WRITE UPS

All summaries and readings will now ONLY be sent via EMAIL. When booking a virtual reading you will be asked for your email when you book on the site. Same with spells! If you have questions or feedback, please reply to the first email!
PAYMENTS

Payments are made upfront when booking a service or buying a product. I offer delivery of orders for a fee and can ship to anywhere in the states and Canada at clients expense! We currently accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and Applepay as payments. We also accept all major credit and debit cards using a secure platform (Square). An invoice can be sent via email for you to pay by card!
TRADES

The Wicked Taurus is not currently accepting trades as payment.
LATE APPOINTMENTS & NO CALL NO SHOWS

If you are late to your appointment or video call longer than 15 min, your appointment gets "paused". You have 24 hours to reach out to reschedule. If you do not, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be able to reschedule. ALL no call, no shows are cancelled, no refunds, and you will be blocked from booking with me. Please value and respect my time as I will do for you.
CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders will be completed and shipped out within TWO weeks of ordering. If your order is able to be completed prior to two weeks. We will ship it out early! All information on shipping, tracking, etc will be sent via email.
